The Combilift company was founded by two engineers, Martin McVicar and Robert Moffett. Between them, they had over 40 years of engineering experience when they established the company in the year 1998 within Monaghan, Ireland. In just more than 10 years, Combilift became a leader in the long handling market all over the globe, delivering equipment to over 50 markets worldwide. Supported by a trusted global network of distributors that have assisted expand distribution into many markets around the world and using their extensive knowledge and experience, Moffett and McVicar have created equipment which are in high demand and had sold 10,000 units by mid 2009.
