The compact size of the Genie AWP Super Series gives the operator the ability to work with the equipment as close as 8 centimetres from a wall. The ability to work this closely makes jobs easier without having to use more than one equipment to carry out a single job. Being the smallest within the business, the efficiently designed X-pattern outrigger footprint is a popular feature that enables the operator to operate close to the job. These lightweight, small machinery are able to fit through regular-sized doorways. Machinery models up to 9.1 meters, that are the AWP-40S and the AWP-36S models, do not need to be tilted back when going through standard-sized doorways due to the tilt-back frame design. The caster rocker and six-point wheel base system could easily be maneuvered over debris, around corners, and over bumpy thresholds. Models are easily loaded onto trucks, even pickup trucks, due to the lightweight design of the machinery and the exclusive rear mast pivot bar. For added versatility and ease of transport, there is an overhead crane attachment point, tie-down attachment points, lift truck pockets, and outrigger storage included.
Operator controls are easily accessed and user-friendly. Controls on the machinery consist of a dual-activated up/down switch, a locking key switch, a low battery indicator and outrigger setup confirmation lights. In the event of a power failure there is an auxiliary platform-lowering feature that allows for descent. This feature is standard on all DC and AC units.
The mast system on the Genie is the most durable system around. This patented system is made from aircraft-quality aluminum giving the user peace of mind and comfort through all working heights. Some models have platforms with a ground fault interrupter receptacle for portable use of power tools.
The numerous standard features available on each model are designed to fit the user's needs and offer the ability to increase safety and efficiency for all of your application needs.
